How to Leave Us a Review

Reviews can really help potential clients gauge whether a contractor is the right fit for their project. Over the years, we’ve received feedback from clients that our reviews really helped them in their selection process. We wanted to layout a few useful tips for leaving a review for us, based on feedback from former clients.

We’ve also included a list, with links, to review sites where we’re featured, to make it easier for you to leave one. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review, we truly appreciate it.

What to consider when leaving a review

Feel free to write a review in whatever fashion fits your writing style best. However if you need some suggestions, including the following in your review has been helpful for future clients.

  • Consider including what the issues were with your space before your remodel and how it made you feel

  • Consider including how we solved those problems together

  • What was the remodel experience like?

  • How do you feel now after your space has been remodeled?

  • Consider including names of individuals, for added shoutouts.

Where to leave reviews

There are a handful of places online for reviews. In our remodeling world, we value the following spots best. Should you have time to leave a review on more than one platform, it’s an added bonus for us.

  1. Google

    Google reviews are the most valuable to our business. You will need a Gmail or Google account to leave a Google review, however creating an account is free. You can leave ALE Renovations a review here.

    If you don’t have a Google account, you can still leave a review by going to www.maps.Google.com. Search for ALE Renovations and scroll down to reviews.

  2. Houzz.com

    This website is specifically geared towards our sector. We find a lot of clients do initial research on this website and find our business thanks to positive reviews. You can find our Houzz page here.

  3. Facebook

    Facebook reviews are also helpful. Dependent on the client age, Facebook can often be the first spot they check for photos of our work or other information. Visit our page ALE Renovations to leave us a review.

  4. Nextdoor

    A lot of clients do research on Nextdoor and have found us there. You can visit our Nextdoor page and leave us a review there as well.
